DANCE UNLIMITED COMPETITION TEAMS

​​Competition team opportunities are available to dancers in grades K-12.  Dancers are required to audition for a place on a competitive team. 

Competition Dancers in Grades K-5 are required to enroll in a recreational combination class in addition to competition team class(es).   

Competition Dancers in grades 6-12 are required to enroll in Ballet, as well as the weekly technique class for their age and skill level.  Additional recreational classes are encouraged for further skill development, but not required for grades 6 and above. 

Hip Hop Teams - NEW! Dancers who wish to add Hip Hop to their competitive dance experience must try out at our Hip Hop Audition, held August 12.  

We will attend 3 local and 1 out of town competitions In the spring of 2027, and a out of town summer Nationals competition event in the midwest. Entry fees for competition events are included in monthly tuition, September-June.

All dancers in grades 2+ who make a competitive team will be a part of our competition 'Production' number, which is a large multi-age group jazz dance with a theme.  Competition Team dancers must enroll in Production class.

Additional performances may be scheduled throughout the year, such as malls, parades, and theme parks.  Competition team dancers will also perform an 'opening number' at Spring Recitals.  There may be extra rehearsals scheduled for these extra performances.

A $350 fee per competition team dancer will be charged October 1st to cover administration and staff costs involved with attending competition events.
