Tumbling & Gymnastics classes are available for ages 18 months - 12 years. We also offer Tumbling/Acro classes specifically for dancers!   Register online under our 'Gymnastics' tab. 

 Tumbling Toddlers    18-36 months

A parent-child class with a focus on fun and play! We will practice climbing, jumping, swinging, balancing and rolling with our adult helper. Dress is a leotard or play clothing, bare feet.

Preschool Gymnastics    Age 3-5

Preschoolers will learn the fundamental skills of gymnastics in a fun environment. Dress is a leotard or fitted clothing, bare feet. A variety of skills and activities will be introduced through play and FUN! 

Tumbling & Gymnastics : Beginner I   Grades K – 5 

Learn basic tumbling and gymnastics skills! We will warm up, learn how to properly stretch, and work on a variety of gymnastics skills each week. Skills we will work on include forward and backward rolls, cartwheels, handstands, and bridges on the floor exercise, plus an introduction to balance beam, bars, and vault. please dress is a leotard or fitted clothing and bare feet. 

Tumbling & Gymnastics : Beginner II   Grades K – 5 

For students who have mastered skills taught in the Beginner I level, and are ready to work on more difficult skills. Must have the following skills mastered to enroll in this class: Cartwheel, handstand, backwards roll, comfortable walking across the beam alone.  Dress is a leotard or fitted clothing and bare feet. 

Tumbling & Gymnastics : Intermediate    Grades 2+

The Intermediate level is designed for participants who are ready to work on more difficult gymnastics skills. 

Skills required prior to taking this class: One-handed cartwheel, front limber, backbend. This class requires instructor recommendation. Dress in a leotard or fitted clothing, bare feet.
